after paying the additional fees (below), they remain valid for every next owner of the character
they can be added whenever after the initial purchase
Personal use: can make merchandise for self only
Digital content: VTubing, publicly used mascot and other digital content creation (+30% cap at $250)
Commercial Merchandising: anything with profit, and has the previous option included (+30% +$100 cap at $350) ( this opt is only related to my own art, merch of the character made with other people‘s art do not need this fee
redesign
you're free to redesign as long as you keep them recognizable (minor/medium changes)
if redesigned, keep the original one in the Toyhouse and do not delete this profile
still credit me as the original creator of the character
SELLING / TRANSFERRING
do not sell for more than what you bought them for unless you add commissioned art
do not sell a design you got from trading/gift from me (but if sold by me, then traded by the buyer, you can still sell them)
if the new owner doesn’t have TH, let me know about ownership changes and make the next owner aware of my ToS
if the new owner doesn’t have TH, transfer the profile back to me as storage!!

OWNERSHIP CHANGE
All designs have a Toyhouse (TH) profile that can't be deleted for any reason.
When selling / trading / gifting one of my designs, follow the steps below depending on your case:1) YOU AND NEW OWNER HAVE TH:
- transfer the character to them, that's it2) YOU DO THEY DON’T:
- make them aware of my ToS and these steps
- transfer the character profile back to me
- let me know the new owner's social media acc3) YOU DON'T HAVE TH:
- send them all the new art you got of the character with credits to each artist if possible
- tell me about the new owner and I'll handle the rest :^)
